Legal Acts

The office of Tiago Viana Barra is able to apply for a whole series of rights, including registry services of public offices in towns, communes and districts such as  in the "one-stop shops" (Business Gateways), in some of the Commercial Registry offices or in the National Register of Legal Persons and, finally, in all the portuguese notaries. 

Civil Registry – The service shall lay down the publicity acts concerning marital status or legal capacity of natural persons.

Land Register – The service shall lay down the advertising of the legal situation of buildings guaranteeing the lawfulness of the property transaction.

Commercial Registry – The service should improve legal certainty and  protect the traders, and all types of comercial or non-commercial firms, in order to achieve the security in the legal trading.

Vehicle Registration – The service should provide all the documental information and/or travellings to the portuguese services concerning the registry of the vehicles, including all types of contracts when buying or selling vehicles.
